Eat Drink Bristol Fashion [referred to in this policy as “we” “us” “our”] is a limited company (Eat Drink Events Ltd) registered to Herons Green Farm, Compton Martin, Bristol, BS40 6NL. The company incorporates the restaurants Yurt Lush at Clock Tower Yard, Temple Meads, Bristol and Root of Cargo, Wapping Wharf, Bristol and we are committed to safeguarding your privacy; this policy sets out how we will treat personal information.

Every now and then we might make amendments to this policy so if you are concerned about any compliance issues then be sure check this page regularly to ensure you are happy with the changes. 1. How we collect and use your personal data

We may process your data to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest namely in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for direct marketing.

3.1 You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time by emailing us. We will always provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of email marketing.

3.2 You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. We will meet this request within the statutory 40 days unless the request is prohibitively complex.

3.3 You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection.

3.4 If you are unhappy with our management of your data, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data without undue delay.
