Eat Drink Bristol Fashion
Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is a collaborative project that champions sustainable food production, ethical food systems and food traceability – knowing where your food has come from. With close ties to sustainably minded organisations such as the Community Farm, the Story Group and the Pony & Trap, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion looks to promote what we call our “field to fork” vision. All this while showcasing Bristol and the South West’s abundance of quality chefs, suppliers and restaurants to the rest of the country!
From the organic or local producer, through to those customers who attend our event to enjoy the delights of our tapas and Sunday lunch menus, we’re dedicated to promoting sustainability.
Eat Drink Bristol fashion, Queen Square
Our flagship event each year is a spectacular tipi village, set in Queen Square, in the heart of Bristol’s city centre. This unique pop-up restaurant project showcases the best chefs from Bristol and the South West plus 18 days of tapas, live music and delicious drinks in a completely unique setting from 1st May – 18th May 2014.
Now returning for its third year, Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is a true celebration of Bristol’s thriving food culture.
